Report to; Senior Manager
To manage subordinates; 6 people
To be responsible work in the Standards Management Department.
・Create a budget for certification costs related to development projects and manage.
・Comply with regulations necessary to sell air conditioning developed by our company to various countries.
・Make work plans for obtaining technical reports (CB, EMC, performance of air conditioners) required for regulatory compliance applications in each country. Prepare application documents and manage schedules.
・Control and Keep report, certificate and other documents
Import
1.Follow up the work after the foreign purchasing department issues PO documents to plan and determine the delivery period.
2. Negotiate Incoterm 2010 with Supplier
3. Compare the freight with the agency before hiring an import and export agent.
4. Deliver the Shipping Document to the Shipping for export processing.
5. Issue Invoice packing to the shipping way. Issuing import declaration documents
6.Consider checking the tax rates in the import declaration document and confirm the transfer declaration.
7. Submit form E to request additional tax privileges (if any).
8. Inform the accounting department to approve the payment of import duties.
Export
1. Contact the shipping company about the goods to be exported.
2. Issuing Invoice packing for export
3. Consider checking the product coordinates in the export declaration document.
4. Follow up on the complete export declaration after export (status 04).
5. Compare shipping prices from agencies / Suppliers before commissioning.
Domestic and Quality Management
1. Strictly comply with the requirements of ISO 9001.
2. Strictly comply with requirements, quality policies, quality objectives, procedures and process control documentation.
3. Take action to resolve any inconsistencies in the quality management system in a timely manner.
• Assist Training team when doing all training classes, on-the-job training and meeting with agencies.
• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each BC's (Beauty Consultant) progress and report to manager.
• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translating training documents).
• Help research new teaching techniques and attend all international education conferences (Around once a month).
• Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report directly to training managers to create new BC training class, while helping follow-up new BC within their probation period & assist training manager when making Monthly Reports.
• Support beauty managers when organizing BC Annual test plan & making instructional program for BC Annual Test.
