- Manage, control, improve and develop the environmental management system to comply with ISO14001 standards
- Prepare report documents to be submitted to the government in accordance with the specified laws
- Follow up and improve laws or regulations on the environment and safety related to the ISO 14001 system
- Advise and provide knowledge on the regulations and methods of environmental operations to employees
- Organize activities, campaigns, and promote environmental issues within the company

• Monitoring work processes of R&D staff and operators, including teaching evaluation skills and knowledge to colleagues.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting any difficulties in operation by following the company’s policy.
• Summarize and analyze the information for reporting to the manager and top management.
• Collaborate with R&D members to optimize testing results and resolve any issue during the experiment until smooth evaluation.
• Response for the more complicated job or problem, which is new or over occurs but doesn’t have a standard rule to manage it.
• Have a Knowledge of ISO Systems such as IATF16949, ISO14001, TLS8001, and other requirements from concerned departments, including following the company’s safety rules, 5S and Kaizen.
• Lead and manage a team or department, providing guidance, support a mentoring to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Responsible for the R&D work activity such as reformulation to be good performance, finding alternative RM material replacement, and cost reduction of existing formulation.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Control and take care of the sub-ordinate to severe follow the company’s rules including punishing the sub-ordinate who violates the company’s rules.
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure as well.

• Formulating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department aligned with company objectives.
• Implementing and overseeing departmental KPIs to attain targeted goals.
• Establishing the annual budget and investment projects, while diligently controlling expenditures by the established plan.
• Managing and overseeing all preventive maintenance plans for machinery and utility systems.
• Analyzing machinery issues and devising preventive measures to mitigate recurrence.
• Supervising the spare parts inventory, optimizing budget allocations, and ensuring timely replacement of components to support the maintenance system.
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of machine maintenance.
• Analyzing and summarizing data, reporting findings to superiors, and proposing corrective action methods.
• Adhering to company policies and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
• Providing consultancy and fostering the development of subordinates through training to enhance performance and ensure adherence to company rules.
• Enhancing plant Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet targeted metrics, including Availability rate, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
• Active participation in plant activities such as Kaizen, Safety, 5S, and Energy-saving initiatives, with a particular focus on promoting a safe workplace.
• Serving as the designated individual responsible for energy-related matters. (Energy management)
• Control and accordance with ISO quality and environment (ISO/TS16949) (ISO14001).
• Managing projects and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
