1. New test equipment installation and debugging
2. Test control program, maintenance and improvement of the test process
3. Analyze, test and improve in the trial production of new products
4. Supervise the normal operation of the test equipment and solve problems related to testing
5. Write complete test reports and other related technical documents
6. Manage the analysis of test defects (including people, machines, materials, methods and environment), propose countermeasures and participate in the improvement plan of various departments, and report the progress of the improvement in real time
7. Summarize and analyze statistical test results, track tests and provide suggestions to accurately control the test equipment and spare parts in charge
8. Manage matters assigned by the supervisor

- Any gender, age 25-35 years old
- High vocational certificate or higher in engineering field
- More than 1 years of experience working as an engineer in electronics fields
- Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical engineering
- Able to fix and improve test equipment
- Able to use other Microsoft office
- Good interpersonal skills & Able to work as a team.
- Able to communicate in Chinese (Around HSK4 or above)
- Modest level of English is acceptable
- Able to travel to work by themselves (No shuttle bus provided)
