• Provide advice to the users for all IT infrastructure within the organization through ticket system, email, and phone calls.
• Keep the company network in secure condition by applying the most appropriate updated technology
• Keep improving company IT infrastructure to support all company activities by applying the most appropriate updated IT technology
• Create and maintain documentation of network configuration
• Interact and negotiation with vendors to secured network and service.

IT Process
• Manage software licenses and software contracts
• Manage and maintain the company's IT assets
• Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment
• Manage user accounts for employees

IT Infrastructure Support
• Provide initial support and troubleshooting for endpoint software, hardware, server, and network infrastructure
• Provide initial support and troubleshooting for Cloud/Infrastructure, including:
• O365 cloud service (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, WIP, and others)
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) - Active Directory, File Server
• On-premise Server - Active Directory, File Server
• Network infrastructure: SD-WAN, Cisco Wi-Fi controller, Cisco access point, Cisco L2/L3 SW, Cisco router
• IP Phone System on Cisco CUCM

• Male only, aged 25-34 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related IT fields.
• At least 1 -3 years of experience managing Windows Server OS, Office365 Cloud Services, and Active Directory.
• At least 1-3 years of experience working with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, Network Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Access Points, IP Phones is highly preferred.
• Knowledge, understanding, and skills in computer networks and servers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in English. (Intermediate level or above)
• Cisco configuration, Cisco certified CCNA or above will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Cisco products, Routing Switching.
