1. Time Attendance:
• Monitor Daily Time and Attendance Records
• Prepare OT report monthly.
• Resolve issues when mobile check-in/out fails or records are incomplete.
• Checking Cost and OT from outsource Japanese driver.

2. Recruitment tasks:
• Prepare qualification required sheet as leader instruction
• Contact recruitment agency to find new candidates
• Prepare all related information about new candidates for leader consideration.
• Coordinate with other department, Planning, Screening resume, Interview, Support
employment
• Prepare documents to comply with ISO-Auditor ISO 9001:2015.

3. Immigration and Foreigners affairs support
• Prepare invitation letters for guests, expats, and families.
• Handle visa and work permits for Japanese staff and families (BOI & Non-BOI).
• Process visas, work permits, and 90-day stay reports for Japanese employees and
their families.
• Report 90-day stays to immigration.
• Apply for visas for Japanese business trips.
• Arrange visa & work permits for trainees.
• Manage passport renewals and visa transfers.
• Facilitate bank account, debit card, and credit card applications for Japanese staff.
• Arrange fast-track lane services for Japanese staff and families.
• Notary document with Embassy (Thai & Other country)
• Oversee apartment contracts for Japanese
4. Health Insurance and other benefits.
• Coordinate health and accident insurance group for staff.
• Support claim insurance group and contact broker.
• Coordinate with Health checkup by contacting with hospital.

5. HR tasks
• Support in HR process and facilities.
• Run and initiate activity and coordinate with other departments related to HR matters.
• Oversee the company’s annual events, such as the annual gathering, Sports events,
Company Party and other activities.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Coordinate with government such as revenue, SSO, Labor Dept. etc.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and
regulations basis.
• Updated on compliance with Labor Laws
• Support for Audit processes if any request.
• Improving the effectiveness of processes, systems and reports
• Other related jobs as assigned.

• Male/Female, age around 30 - 40 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration, or any related field.
• Intermediate level in English is required.
• More than 5 years’ experience in HR fields in overall HRD&HRM or the company as follows.
• Knowledge for overall HR tasks (Focus mainly in HRM)
• More than approx. 50 employees working preferred.
• Foreign company (Japanese Manufacturer company preferred)
• Work with Japanese, all documents & programs computer related are English.
• Good skill in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ERP, and reporting skill.
• HRM/ Time attendance or Payroll program. (e.g. SAP, HumanSoft, Bplus)
• HR web-applications.
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
• Familiarity with immigration and BOI processes.
• Experience with hospitality and travel arrangements.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-discipline to job responsibilities and be honest, confidentiality, punctual and high ethical as code of conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
• Attentive to detail and handle immediate problems effectively without hesitation.
