Summary
The Deputy Managing Director is responsible for drive Sale of Maintenance area with 4 subordinators in main scope. Drive Sale and maintenance of water treatment equipment and chemical for the organization.
Proposal for energy conversation and industrial waste volume reduction, investigation of groundwater
and soil, Pollution and etc. Proposal for repair and improvement of water treatment and sales of part.

Worked with Thai engineers to propose construction and sell water treatment systems to local Japanese companies, and propose water treatment and maintenance services tailored to the customer's needs.

Sales Management
- Responsible in sales and marketing in Thailand and oversea project
- Set up slate target, manage sales strategies and engineering team to be achieved
- Identify new business opportunity and increase the company’s market share
Engineering Management
- Manage engineering team on water and wastewater treatment plant
- Introducing proven technology of team for project execution.
- Technical support to sales department and coordinate with customer based on request.
EPC Management (Engineering, Procurement and Construction)
- Monitor ad communicate with sales and engineering team as scheduled
- Follow up process of construction at site of engineering teams
- Monitor and control engineering work to meet customer ‘s inquiry.
Profit Awareness
- Maintain profit both positive gross profit and operation profits
- Negotiate with customer on price and service to achieve gross profit
Customer Satisfaction
- Pay attention and respond to customer’s complaints and comment
- Arrange visit program and retention systems with the customer
Process improvement and self-development
- Initiate and improve own work process and cross functional to achieve company objective
- Implement and continual improvement of the international management system such as ISO9001
Ensure delivery on time and support post sales activities.

-Maintenance of water treatment equipment (water quality checks, adjustments, repairs) and improvements, etc.

The ratio of existing clients to new clients is 7:3, and the main focus is on following up on existing clients.
Due to the nature of the business, this is a long-term project, so you will be involved from proposal to implementation and follow-up, so it is important that you build a relationship of trust with your customers. Since nearly 60% of our clients are Japanese companies, the basic language is Japanese, but English and Thais are used for communication with Thai and foreign clients and within the company.

• Male or Female / Age 45-52 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial) or related fields.
• At least 10 years or more experience in engineering system.(water supply piping, water treatment equipment)
• Proven experience as technical sales (Technical + Sales) or a relevant role.
• Knowledge in pump, pipes, valves, tanks, and installation.
• Good command in English (Business Level is preferred)
• Able to communicate in Japanese (Preferred)
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Self-improvement an Knowledge ISO 9001 standard
• Engineering license is preferred
• Driving License is required.
