•Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WAN activities and utilization and working with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
•Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within Customer SLA.
•Creating/updating/maintaining technical documentation.
•Periodic work on weekend support, as needed. (Project assignment or Job Request)
•Design, build and release network solutions to meet business, service and lifecycle network security requirements
•Periodic onsite support at the Customer site by job request (Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Site Survey)

• Male/Female, age around 22-30 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
• Experience between 0-6 years
•Welcome for a new graduate in the network Engineer field
•Very good understanding of information systems and remote communications system architecture.
•Understand IP Addressing and subnetting
•Working knowledge or qualification in Linux/ Unix or qualification in Windows
•Cisco and/or Palo Alto Certified qualifications
•Experience in Networking Systems, Communication Engineering, Network Operations
• Good English communication.
Nice to have certifications:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Network) or Association Level. (CCNA)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise)
• CompTIA Network+
