• Ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service • Achievement of monthly sales targets as forecasted/assigned. • Responsible for taking customers queries, offering an advice/ support on the products, service and providing of solutions to customers. • Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing / new potential customers. • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. • Visit customer for product, service / solution presentation. • Supervising and managing service staff and ensuring that quality and service standards are met, and follow all client service processes and compliance. • Develop procedures and documents to encourage working effectively, problem solving and customer satisfaction • Other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Visit 40-60 customers monthly (40% new, 60% existing) - Call potential clients to schedule meetings and introduce products - Cultivate relationships with business partners and share potential leads - Propose tailored automation solutions to existing customers - Support distributors with engineering knowledge - Recommend automation solutions like take-out robots, End-of-arm Tooling, Gate-Cut systems, etc. - Study customer factory processes and provide automation solutions - Create technical reports, sales presentations, and conduct product demonstrations - Suggest product modifications and upgrades - Collaborate with various teams to complete projects - Exceed sales targets for company growth - Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and quotes - Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors - Regularly report to management on findings and recommendations
- Support Japanese Director - Transportation for a Japanese director (Depart Ekkamai at 7AM/Arrive at Ekkamai between 6PM-7PM) - Accompany Japanese Director on visits in industrial park - Developing and implementing sales strategies - Relationship-building with customers and subcontractors - Prepares and analyses monthly sales data - Handle sales documents - Present and promote the company's value and services to existing and new customers - Other tasks as assigned
Construction & Engineering : Tent Warehouse, Tent House, Uniflow Door Products etc • Selling company's products. (Mainly Construction & Engineering ) • Finding new clients and following up existing clients. • Supervision of the construction of tent warehouses and tent houses. • Driving byself to visit clients
Main Responsibilities: • Search for company information / Person responsible for the target customer group to make an appointment to present the company's services • Build relationship with new customers • Prepare customer data and assess customer potential • Prepare quotations and present them to the authorized person for price approval (Import, Export, Domestics, Warehouse) • Present price to customers and follow up on progress/trends. Price approval from customers • Negotiate the terms of sales • Send the customer's approved quotation to the responsible department (Import, Export, Domestic, Warehouse) for further processing • Follow-up after sales to assess customer satisfaction • Summary of weekly, monthly reports to be presented to the management Support: • Coordinate with ship lines to check shipping status for each destination according to customer needs • Compile information/update shipping prices for each ship line/port to the responsible department (Export) • Participate in solving problems that arise as requested • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor -Evaluate customer satisfaction and expectations -Review customer proposals for the year -Choose a new external warehouse • Participate in various activities and management systems that the organization wishes to use • Suggestions for improvement and development • Support and participate in all activities for implementing quality systems such as ISO 9001
