- • Checking daily production reports and problems in the painting process. • Checking and follow up on problems with relevant departments to deal with problems in the production process. • Designing tools and programing to be used in the production process of spraying paint, tamping, and buffing to increase production efficiency. • Improving and developing the paint spraying process to reduce costs and increase production capacity. • Controling the quality in the production process to meet the specified standards. • Issuing work procedures (WI), work standards and provide training to employees. • Creating a paint spraying robot program, Tranfering robot program, and basic machine troubleshooting. • Coordinating with paint suppliers to develop and solve paint problems.
