- - Manage the entire production process of the company, focusing on producing quality machinery according to the standard - Plan and control production to meet the set goals in terms of time, quality and cost - Oversee the Fabrication (part forming) and Assembly (machine assembly) processes to meet the standards - Control production and inspect the quality in the Fabrication process, such as cutting, welding and finishing parts - Oversee the Assembly process from part preparation to complete machine assembly - Check and monitor the production process to ensure that there are no errors or malfunctions in the process - Organize and develop a production team by training, motivating and following up on employee performance - Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production process runs smoothly On-time delivery - Analyze and report production results to the management, including developing production processes to be more efficient - Develop and introduce new processes that can increase efficiency and reduce production costs - Control and comply with safety and environmental policies in production - Prepare a plan to control the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the work to be efficient
