<li>Bachelor’s degree (any related field)</li>
<li>Experience working in a HR Recruitment agency is preferred.</li>
<li>Portrays a professional appearance.</li>
<li>Has the strong sense of client-oriented mind and thought.</li>
<li>Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Who is a self-runner and have highly ambitious to achieve the target (Result-oriented mind)</li>
<li>Able to work independently and under pressure to meet performance targets.</li>
<li>good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and Internet) Japanese speaking will be advantage.</li>
<li>Passion to grow up together with this organization.</li>
<li>Personality (Active, possess initiative, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Mature, detail-oriented)</li>
