HR System Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement an efficient HR system aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for sales staff, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct interviews, oversee the selection process, and onboard new hires effectively.

Employee Retention:

  • Analyze turnover rates and devise strategies to reduce employee attrition.
  • Implement retention programs focused on enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention strategies.

Incentive Program Development:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to design and implement incentive programs that motivate and reward high-performing employees.
  • Continuously assess and refine incentive structures to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.

Cultural Development:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment conducive to employee growth and well-being.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote camaraderie and a healthy workplace culture.

 

Team Management and Administrative Support:

  • Supervise and mentor two subordinates whom are responsible for general administration and general affairs tasks.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Step in to undertake administrative operation tasks when subordinates are absent, ensuring seamless workflow and task completion.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to administrative functions, supporting the team and leading by example when necessary.
  • Male/Female, age 33 – 45 years old
  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Over 7 years of working experience in HR function handling all tasks in HR department
  • At least 1-2 years in manager level or assistant manager level is required
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Thai Labour Laws
  • Good command of English and Japanese (with JLPT N3+)
  • Excellent skill in using Excel programme and other MS Office programme
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in sales roles.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to propose and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.

  • Handle recruitment assignments (receiving job requirements onward) including sourcing candidates via various channels, screenings, and interviewing.
  • Maintaining good relationships with candidates and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Share the full information with the Sales team and contribute with them to provide a suitable quantity of candidate CVs with the required quality.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on related matters.
  • Achieving individual monthly placement targets

 

  • Thai Male / Female, age between 25 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree (any related field).
  • Must have experience in Recruitment (Scout, Matching, Interviewing, writing candidate recommendations)
  • Strong interests in the HR field. Experience in a business consultancy firm is preferred.
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Who is a self-runner and highly ambitious to achieve the target (Result-oriented mind)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to meet performance targets.
  • Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office and Internet)
  • Passion to grow up together with this organization.
  • Personality (Active, possess initiative, Supportive, Flexible, Team player, Positive, Mature, detail-oriented)
